Armed and Unarmed Security Guards
Posted security officers — armed or unarmed — for commercial properties, residential communities, and private homes across the Tampa Bay region.
Posted officers are the most-requested service we run. Bales places licensed security personnel at your property in uniform, with documented procedures and supervised shifts. Posts can be armed or unarmed depending on the risk profile of the site. Officers keep constant observation, intervene when incidents occur, document what they see, and stay in contact with the client and with local law enforcement when the situation requires it.
